Voiant has been helping our clients improve their sales and enterprise planning for over a decade.
We began with the focus of helping large enterprise clients improve how they performed incentive compensation processing using leading software solutions. Voiant’s founders, Bill & Hassan, brought their experience from their time spent at leading consulting and software companies in sales technology leadership roles focused in this space. They realized the need for a consulting company that was whole-heartedly focused on solving complex Sales Performance Management challenges with a client-focused, practical, and collaborative approach.
Over the years, our expertise has continued to grow, and the business problems we solve have expanded, but our dedication to improving the experience of our clients, employees, and technology partners remains a constant.

Bill Sorenson
Bill is based in Chicago with his wife, Joellen, and their two children. Bill is very involved in the lives of his children, spending many hours at the hockey rink or at the fields cheering on baseball and soccer teams. Bill spends his free time cooking for friends and family, listening to music, and playing golf.
At Voiant, Bill is our co-founder and CEO. He is focused on growing an organization that continuously puts you in the center: our clients, our people, our partners, and our communities.
Hassan Mahmood
Hassan is based in Boston with his wife, Huma, and his two children, Kiki and Shaan. Hassan can be found playing basketball, working on his guitar, sweating over a meal in the kitchen, or reading a book when he’s not working.
At Voiant, Hassan is responsible for bringing deep SPM expertise spanning two decades across data, BI, and cloud solutions, tailor-made for our client needs.
Josh Berger
Josh is based in Nashville with his wife, Rena, and their golden doodle, Remy. Josh is a fan of Vanderbilt baseball and Duke basketball. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and concerts.
At Voiant, Josh is our Sales and Marketing leader. He is focused on helping our clients and partners grow and sharing the positive impact Voiant has on their businesses.
